Pr. Rui leads the spiritual life of the congregation — preaching, worship, the ministry of the Word, and pastoral care for families. He is glad to meet visitors and is available for prayer, counsel, and questions about faith.

Pastoral leadership and church administration work together so that worship, teaching, care, and the practical life of the church each have someone responsible.
Pr. Cesar comes alongside the senior pastor in teaching, visitation, and the day-to-day care of the church family, helping make sure no one is overlooked and that people are connected to community.
Daniel serves on the administrative side — organization, planning, communication, and stewardship of the church's resources and decisions — so that the pastors are free to focus on people and the ministry of the Word.

A healthy church needs both spiritual leadership and faithful administration. At CBA Orlando the pastors carry the ministry of the Word and the care of souls, while administration keeps the church orderly, transparent, and accountable.
- Pastors lead worship, teaching, and pastoral care for individuals and families.
- Administration handles planning, communication, scheduling, and responsible stewardship of resources.
- Decisions are made together, with accountability to the congregation and to the wider Seventh-day Adventist church.
- Everyone is invited to serve, and help is never made conditional on faith or membership.
Accountable leadership
